Welcome to My First Build A Quilt, our brand new collection. My FIrst Build A Quilt was created to help beginning and experienced quilters advance their patchwork in the hoop skills. 
For this set - Stars and Diamonds - we are doing all of  the HOW TO videos during our Wednesday Workshop Live. Wednesday Workshop Live is at our SEW IN COMMON YouTube channel. We are live from 6-7pm CST each Wednesday.
 
 You will need a 5x7 hoop or larger.
 
Build A Quilt includes built-in Guidelines for the small amount of machine sewing that is required for certain types of block segments and for piecing the segments into larger blocks. There is no need for 1/4 piecing foot on your sewing machine as the seam guides will give you accurate seaming each time. 
The packet also includes, Placement templates and our NEW Coloring Sheets (to help you plan your quilt colors before you cut the fabric.)- plus the cut sheets and other information. 
 
The Build A Quilt technique can make quilting come alive for those using their embroidery machine, those that can no longer quilt in a traditional method, or for those that love using new technology. It is what we call Patchwork for the 21st Century!
